Next week I am starting in a beginners Bikram Yoga class with a coworker. I don’t want to wear anything skimpy, but I know that I need to dress lite. Any suggestions on the "outfit" I should be wearing?
Also, I plan on taking a mat, water (lots), and towels. Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Doing the national body challenge – haven’t exercised in such an environment in years and even then it was on a college campus so no matter.
What is appropiate wear for someone in their 20s and over weight slightly (not a whole lot, but enough to prompt more exercise) to wear there.
Thanks!

I am a runner and after a period of time the underarms of my exercise clothing get funky. In the past, I just threw them out but I have tried the newer fabrics for exercise and they are more expensive so I don’t like that method any longer. Is there something I can do to get rid of that odor?

After I workout I wash my clothes and that nasty smell still remains.
