Most cities and counties have ordinances against it but as Alesha has stated it is often ignored on the beaches.
I think that any time there is a parade in San Francisco you will see not just topless but nude women with painted bodies as well as nude painted men

Jenny asks…
Its like I’m wearing Au De Man-repellent!?
I have above average looks, I take care of myself pretty well. (exercise, grooming and clothing) I have a wonderfully creative career (which I’m very proud of) a good sense of humour and self confidence….. but for some reason…. prospective dates disappear into thin air after a couple of dates, or back and forth emails, never to be seen or heard of again….. Please give me some advise… seems like I’m doing the “getting to know you” thing all wrong…. Why hasn’t anyone written a “Dating for Dummies” book yet?? Maybe I come across as intimidating? And no… I don’t have verbal diarrhea, a mustache, a big unsightly mole or smell funny. (no offense to those who do)! SOS?
btw) can be A moustache (or A mustache) ![]()
but tnx anyway.
Thanks for the spelling lesson. Would you do a long distance dating? (in South Africa)

British special forces caught dressed as Arab ‘terrorists’
British soldiers have been caught posing as Arabs and shooting Iraqis in the occupied city of Basra in southern Iraq. A group of them was caught yesterday by Iraqi police. They were driving an Iraqi car, wearing Arab clothing, and carrying weapons and explosives.
The Iraqi police were patrolling the area looking for suspected “terrorists” or “insurgents”, and they noticed that the men were acting suspiciously. Suddenly, without warning, the suspicious men started shooting at people, but the new Iraqi security forces managed to capture some of them before they could escape. Obviously, if these men had not been caught, the mass media would now be reporting the incident as just another attempt by evil “terrorists” to create civil war in Iraq.
There have been a number of incidents in this area and throughout Iraq in which police and civilians have been targeted and killed by “terrorists” or “insurgents”. But this is the first time that any of those responsible have been caught in the act, and it is now clear that at least some of them are working directly for the occupying forces, as many Iraqis have openly suspected all along.
A few days ago, in a statement unreported in the corporate mass media, Iran’s most senior military official specifically linked the instability in Iraq with agents of the US and its allies: “we have information that the insecurity has its roots in the activities of American and Israeli spies.”
The post-war violence in Iraq is always been blamed on “Islamic extremists” or “rival ethnic factions”. Yet in the history of the country, nothing like this has ever happened before. The problems began precisely when the US and UK seized control.
The Iraqi police arrested the men and put them in prison. Unfortunately the police never had a chance to question the men and find out exactly what they were doing, because within minutes the UK sent in six tanks and an elite SAS unit to break their terrorists out of jail.
During the illegal prison break Iraqi officials were held at gunpoint, much of the jail was demolished, and all of the other criminals and insurgents were set free. The US and UK do not hesitate to use violence and terror to achieve their objectives, no matter what the consequences.
The official explanation for the illegal jail break is that somebody thought the British men might be taken away by a gang of Iraqi resistance fighters and never seen again. This is blatantly nonsense, of course, because the entire prison was entirely surrounded by British tanks and troops. With the full force of the British military at hand, the terrorists were rescued quickly and easily.
As further details emerge, the Western media increasingly presents conflicting reports about the nature and sequence of events, and the official British sources cited without question in mainstream news coverage are indicative of a classic disinformation exercise.
When local people saw what was happening the area began to erupt with angry anti-British protests.

British tanks storm Basra jail to free undercover soldiers
British troops used tanks last night to break down the walls of a prison in the southern Iraqi city of Basra and free two undercover British soldiers who were seized earlier in the day by local police.
An official from the Iraqi interior ministry said half a dozen tanks had broken down the walls of the jail and troops had then stormed it to free the two British soldiers. The governor of Basra last night condemned the “barbaric aggression” of British forces in storming the jail.
Aquil Jabbar, an Iraqi television cameraman who lives across the street from the jail, said dozens of Iraqi prisoners also fled in the confusion.
…
In a day of dramatic incidents in the heart of the British-controlled area of Iraq, the two undercover soldiers – almost certainly special forces – were held by Iraqi security forces after clashes that reportedly left two people dead and threatened to escalate into a diplomatic incident between London and Baghdad.
The soldiers, who were said to have been wearing Arab headdress, were accused of firing at Iraqi police when stopped at a road block.
…
Muhammad al-Abadi, an official in the Basra governorate, told journalists the two undercover soldiers had looked suspicious to police. “A policeman approached them and then one of these guys fired at him. Then the police managed to capture them.”

This report is SIX YEARS OLD….. All of the information is hearsay….. We had Iraqi security forces operating on both sides of the war….. There had been terrorist pretending to be Iraqi police…..the Iraqi police had no authority to arrest British or American troops…..
YOU and this reporter have no knowledge of modern warfare and how things operate….. The British had every right to storm the jail and rescue their troops….. They were illegally detained and in danger of being killed
When our military personnel violate the law…..WE investigate…..WE arrest and detain……WE try and if convicted WE punish….. We have American troops serving long prison terms in Fort Leavenworth RIGHT NOW…. For crimes committed in Iraq and Afghanistan
BUT until the war is over and we sign a Status of Forces Agreement…. Iraq has no jurisdiction
BTW “Mr Expert” all special operations forces…..because of the nature of their deployment and mission…..ALL special forces dress to blend in….. Dress to look like the natives…. You have no knowledge about how this war is conducted but are eager to call our troops “IMMITATION TERRORISTS” and attach nefarious intent to their legal and common place activities….. Try doing a little research before jumping to these SILLY conclusions

Betty asks…
Guys! A question about female body types?
Okay so I’m around 5’3, 145 pounds, and I am a 36D cup size. I wear usually a size 4 or a 6 in clothing, and am a small or medium for shirts. I’m definitely not fat, but I do have curves (I have curvy hips and breasts). I’m european on my moms side and I definitely inherited that body type, the shorter, curvier body type from my mom and her family. I eat healthy, and I don’t overeat and I do have a healthy lifestyle.
If I ever wanted to slim down, I’d basically have to devote my entire day to maintaining a fitness regiment which would be absolutely insane, as well as limiting my diet immensely. My body’s frame is naturally inclined towards being more full and curvy, regardless of my exercise/diet habits. My question is, is this sort of body type still attractive to most men? I’m not sloppy or anything and I am really active, but I will never have a perfectly toned body as my body naturally carries a little more weight.
Please no harsh comments, be respectful guys.

… “That is what the last days of humanity are going to look like. The last remnants will die off resting blissfully in the shade of apple trees, and starve to death while apples fall from the branches above and bounce off their heads, because they won’t know apples are food if no one pays them money to pick the apples up off the ground, and their last words forever frozen on their dying lips will be, ‘If only we’d managed the money more wisely… We could have done whatever we wanted and had whatever we wanted if only we had applied ourselves… What a shame – We had such potential’.”
Wyl exhaled and shook his head, “I don’t know about that, Fae-”
Fae raised his eyebrows somewhat surprised, “Really? Are you sure about that? I’m disappointed, Wyl, because I know you’ve observed for yourself, firsthand. They already believe they exercise no natural expectation to inhabit the earth. Someone tells them, ‘You’ve failed to satisfy your obligations so I’m afraid we’re going to have to expel you from the earth.’ and they believe it. They walk around with their feet on the dirt, living and breathing, and they believe they’re not allowed on the earth. They consider that reality… and you doubt they’ll starve while apples bounce off their heads? For true believers, no matter what experience or material principle of the earth might contradict, nothing exceeds the power of these articles of faith. They’re already twice that stupid now, Wyl. You’ll see. I won’t be around for it but in your years to come, you’ll have far more contact with these people than I ever did. You and I have always been ready to believe all the fantasy, they just didn’t get to us in time while we were still kids and now that we’re adults, we know better and it’s too late but one of these lifetimes, they’re going to find an opportunity to tell a next generation of ours that they have potential and then those kids are going to live in a suspended state somewhere other than the earth, and starve to death while apples bounce off their heads.”
Wyl smiled slightly in appreciation of Fae’s outlandish scenarios. Fae smirked in reaction but then assumed an extremely serious demeanor, “It’s okay to laugh at it now — whatever it takes to make it memorable — that’s all I care about. Just, always remember it because that is how the big last great war to determine the inheritance of the earth will look. There won’t be a lot of weapons involved and hardly anyone will wear uniforms. Everyone will look and act about the same, and the only way you’ll ever figure out which ones to kill… is by paying real close attention to which ones tell you, you have potential and you need to apply yourself…”

Saccia pulled Wyl into the vestibule of a clothing shop just short of the offices and directed him, “Tell me your story one more time.”
He spoke quickly and in a monotone, “I’m a farmer from Harin Creek north of-”
“No.” she interrupted, “Look me in the eye and convince me.”
He nodded and started from the beginning, “I’m a farmer from Harin Creek. It’s a small burgh north of Foulds. I lost most of my crops to a fire that burned down my barn, my grain shed and my house. Some men who cart grain in and out of Foulds told me I could maybe find seasonal work here in Enet. I’m here to work for food and shelter – I’ll take any work available…” Saccia tilted her head with a skeptical expression and he suddenly doubted his performance. Intent to perform to her satisfaction, he extended the exercise with and improvised plea, “I’m not proud or particular. Give me a chance to contribute and I promise you I won’t let you down-”
Saccia shook her head with a wince and inquired, “What is that?”
“What?” he asked.
“Contribute?” she replied, “We never discussed that.”
“I was just improvising, I guess.” he explained.
“Well, don’t do that.” she instructed, “Just stick to what I told you.” She examined him and his expression did not particularly encourage her. She squinted and inquired, “Have you never done this before?”
He shook his head and stated defensively, “I really am a farmer. I think I’ve told you that more than once… No, I’ve never done this before…”
Saccia clutched his collar in her fist, pulled him close and stated clearly and firmly, “If he tests you at all, that is precisely the kind of test he will conduct and the only correct response to any test will be to stubbornly stick to the prepared material. Any deviation will expose you as a liar, understand?” Wyl nodded and she continued, “All right. Listen to me. Don’t interrupt me and don’t ask me to explain. Just do precisely what I tell you, say the words I tell you to say and don’t try to make any sense of it… You do not care about making any kind of ‘contribution’ to anything, you understand? You care about
