Jenny asks…

I need help finding a bra online?

Hi, I’m 15, and I need desperate help finding 30B bras. I’m a petite girl with a very small chest (I’m 5’4, 106 pounds (mostly muscle), with a 23 inch waist and 32 inch hips). It’s very hard to find bras at this size, so I need some padded underwire bras for teens, not kids or adults, that I can order online. I live in the US, so I cannot order from a company outside of the country. I need them in 10 days, preferably less time. I leave for vacation on July 16th and I would really love it if I didn’t have to wear sports bras all the time like I have to now. I would like to not have to do that for school either. I’m not girly, so I just want simple colors: white and black. If possible, I would prefer some bras that have straps that will hook in the back (for tank tops and such) because I need to hook the straps so they are not loose, as I am very small from my shoulders to my chest. I also need them to be comfortable. I also need one black strapless bra, if you can find it. If not, I’m sure I’ll find it before homecoming next year (if I decide to go).

So, again, 30B bras with straps that will hook in simple colors like black and white, no pushups, and no 32A bras, which do not fit the same (I only say this because a lot of people will say 32A will be just fine and fit the same, but it is too big in the band for me).

Thanks so much for the help!

Thomas asks…

Bras for literally flat-chested girls?

Okay. So, I’m about positive that my boobs are never going to grow as they stopped a few years ago. I am nowhere near even a AA cup. Problem is, however, that as much as I would love to go braless, I’m super cold sensitive and everyone a mile away can see my damn nipples. Not to mention that I also get quite sore after a day or two of walking around braless, despite having mammaries the size of pennies.

So, anyone know of any good places to get bras for girls like me? I’ve tried bralettes from places like aerie and victorias secret but those are really the equivalent of wearing a loose cami and give no support. I also would prefer not to wear sports bras all the time.

Yoga Wear Guru answers:

You could try an elastic bandeau in either white, black, or to match your top.

But, one of the biggest advantages of having small breasts is the ability to go braless from time to time when you want to. If you’re that small, I don’t really see why you are so sore if there’s truly nothing moving around that needs support. Maybe you should see a doctor? And don’t worry too much about the nipple thing if it’s only a little poke. Only if they are very long and poke out a lot is it really a problem.

And a couple more that I don’t have links for. The thing is that, she obviously doesn’t need them and she hasn’t showed any signs of development but she still loves to wear them, and she’s never ccomplained. She doesn’t wear them all the time but when she wants to, she can. I think this will be good for her when she gets older, because she’ll be comfortable with the feeling of a bra. I know this will be a very opinionated question, so go ahead and tell me how you feel, everyone has a different style of parenting. The only one that she owns that has any sort of padding is the bandeau.
Of course she has cami’s too, but there’s not much of a differents between a training bra and a cami.

*difference haha(:
The only one that has padding is the bandeau, the bandeau’s purpose is for tank tops and strapless dresses and tops, the padding is so the bra won’t slip off of her.
Haha, I’m not a troll. Thanks…
Nooo, the bra‘s have no padding! Look at the links, they’re cotton sports type bras.

Yoga Wear Guru answers:

WHY THE FUCK DOES A 6 YEAR OLD NEED BRAS!!!!!!!! This is why generations are getting sluttier.
Why don’t you just go get her some lacy undies too and tell her what men like now to ‘train’ her up. It’s easier to indoctrinate them while they’re young.

Michael asks…

How do you buy a bra?

I’m thinking of buying my own bras, most likely online and probably from Title Nine. I’ve never been bra shopping though.
Actually, I went once when I was around eleven but I payed no attention.

I want to buy sports bras; I can’t stand to wear loose shirts all the time. I’ve always worn regular bras. Is there a difference when buying them? Preferably, I’d like to buy ones that are somewhat smaller then my size but that won’t hurt me much.

I’m confused on the whole size thing though. I know they go by letters in the US, and I know my letter, but they also have numbers. So do I buy them by numbers and the letter?

Yoga Wear Guru answers:

The letters are cup sizes, so A B C etc. Those are the BIG changes between each bra size. The numbers are a more specific cup size. Say your cup size is a B. Then, you go to the store, try on only B’s, (Which to find out if you’re a B you gotta try them on anyway first) then look for a more specific size of the B cup for you. Look out for the shapes of the cups or the sports bras, because some are made for people with certain shapes and how far they’re spread apart, saggy, perky, etc. I’d suggest going to a store and trying some on before you buy online.

Sandy asks…

Sore Breasts Late Period?

My LMP was June 10. I took a pregnancy test this weekend and it was negative but my breasts and nipples are unbelievably sore and swollen. I have to wear a sports bra all the time or else I am very uncomfortable. I am breaking out worse than I ever have. This all started the day after I took the test, does it sound like I could be pregnant?

Yoga Wear Guru answers:

You could be or you could be getting ready to start your period.

    Your Questions About Workout Clothes

    Mary asks…

What type of workout clothes should I get for high school P.E.?

I was thinking that I should ge some stuff from Pink and Puma. But I don’t know what to get exactly. Our school does not have uniforms for P.E. so we have to get our own clothes…I already have tennis shoes though…

    Yoga Wear Guru answers:

If you have a PE locker, I would suggest you keep the following in it:

comfy shorts that you can run and move in (don’t get tight shorts!)
a tank top (the coolest shirt as far as temperature)
    extra socks
tennis shoes (having a separate pair in your locker is a good idea)
    deodorant
hair ties/bobby pins and a brush (to tie back your hair)
    sports bra

towards the winter put in (or just have them all the time just in case):

a comfy sweatshirt that you can wear over your top
    sweatpants

Keep in mind that you are going to be sweating and running around in these clothes, so you don’t want them to be too fancy. PINK has good sweatpants, just make sure you are not in the mud with them! (White clothes are not advisable for PE, btw.) If you don’t want to take the chance of your sweats being ruined, go to Walmart or Target or something and get a simple pair just for PE.

Keep you locker organized: Make sure everything is folded or taken care of, hang up sweaty or wet clothes on hooks to dry them out. Make sure all of your clothes have tags on them that say your name (gym clothes get lost sooooo easily, trust me!). Take you clothes home every Friday, and wash them over the weekend. Try not to do this during the week unless absolutely necessary, because if you forget them you’ll have to work out in your school clothes. For the comfort of others around you, try not to use body spray of perfume. If others are okay with it, go ahead!

Oh, and try to wash your face ASAP after PE, sweat and dirt that cling to your face while exercising get stuck in your pores and cause zits!

    Yoga Wear Guru answers:

There are a few very simple changes you can make in your daily lifestyle that can help with that.

As a trainer, I have helped numerous people with problems like yours….

A very simple workout in your living room during the commercial breaks of your fav. TV shows makes a lot of difference. Such as Pushups, chair dips, crunches, lunges, squats, step ups, and plie squats, require NO equipment, other than the seat of your favorite chair and a step in your home…or if you live in a one level home replace stepups with high steps (ie…lifting one knee up as high as possible, holding and repeating with the other leg-sort of like an exagerrated military march). Also cardio, walking rapidly up and down a hallway, jogging in place, jumping rope, etc…at least 30 minutes a week to start, slowly increasing that over time.

As for food choices, its in the portion size most of the time and not the what you eat…portion sizes should be no larger than your fist….And remember to drink plenty of water.

    I hope that helps!

      Your Questions About Exercise Clothing

      James asks…

Exercise when pregnant and mould on clothes?

Just wondering if anyone is exercising while pregnant? Im sure i read that it is good to do some just cant remember which ones.

Also, is it possible to get mould off clothes? If so, how? thanks :)

      Yoga Wear Guru answers:

There are lots of pregnancy exercise videos out there but my doctor said walking and swimming..in moderation!

As for mold, wash them in vinegar-like a whole big bottle, in hot water. If this doesn’t take it all out ammonia probably will but I would have someone else wash them. The fumes aren’t good for you if you r pregnant.
      Best of Luck!

      Lizzie asks…

how do i stop snacking and make exercise fun?

im 16 and i love to snack and eat… for the most part i eat rather healthy but i eat ALOT. i am on a team and get exercise that way but i know i need more. the only problem is that i get so bored when i exercise. even if i listen to music, so i usually end up skipping it. im not fat or anything, but i definitely dont feel good in a bathing suit and am even self conscouis in regular clothes. i just want to loose a few pounds, and refuse to use diet pills. i feel like am i constantly getting fatter and i want to feel better about myself when i look in the mirror.

      Yoga Wear Guru answers:

You’re right to avoid diet pills, they don’t work. Snacking is actually a good idea: you should break up your food into 5-6 times a day, always mixing a little protein with carbs and some fat. If you’re eating a lot, maybe it’s because you’re bored instead of hungry? If you’re on a team, maybe you should ask your coach for advice. It may be that you need to add muscle rather than do cardio, so you look more firm. Try looking for a magazine called “Shape” which will give you some good advice.

      Maria asks…

How long does it take to see results with exercise?

I’ve been exercising pretty much every day for two weeks. I go back and forth with cardio and toning. The cardio is 45 minutes long of a vigorous routine and the toning is 25 minutes long.

Actually, I’m doing Turbo Jam, if anybody has heard of it.

Anyway, so after two weeks, the scale doesn’t really show much of a difference. I know that could be because I’m also toning but then you’d think I’d notice the change in my clothes? I don’t see that either – not much anyway.

I know two weeks isn’t that much of a time period but I was hoping I’d at least see SOMETHING.

Anybody have any suggestions to prevent discouragement?

      Yoga Wear Guru answers:

Check your waistline–muscle still weighs a few pounds but your waist might decrease. Go check! And good job!

Also, keep it up becuase it is such a healthy lifestyle. I do think you will see results soon enough.

I have a 3 mo old and mo old and work full time. Can someone help me find time to cook/exercise?

I am tring to lose the baby weight. I want to cook healthy meals, and find some time to exercise.Any suggestions. I am constantly washing bottles, clothes, feeding, bathing diapers, etc.My husband helps me a lot…I just need some suggestions. Thanks!!!

      Yoga Wear Guru answers:

It’s really hard to balance all of that plus exercise in the first year. You will find that by the time your baby is 6 months most of your baby weight will have fallen off. You can do light exercise with your baby, taking him for power walks in a stroller, putting him on the floor and doing push ups over him (counting is always fun), or sit ups with him on your legs (but only if your baby can hold his head up). Save any other strenuous work outs for later in the year when you don’t have as much to do. I didn’t get a gym membership until my son was like 18 months and I really only got it because I found a friend to motivate me lol. As for cooking…swear by the crock pot! Those meals are the easiest and best to make.

      Richard asks…

I need a bit of help with clothing?

I was planning on wearing a camisole tomorrow, but when I tried it on earlier, I saw that my bra straps were very visible. So I put on a sweater. But you can still see the straps. I put on a bra that has smaller straps, but it’s more of an exercise bra, so there’s no padding. My problem is the visibility of my nipples. It seems really indecent to me, to have them showing in that way, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on the matter?

      Yoga Wear Guru answers:

      Buy a better bra?
Try a vasseret (walmart brand) the pushup kind they have alot of padding so there should be no showing of you assets

        Your Questions About Hot Yoga

        Robert asks…

I would like to lose 70 lbs by June 21?

        HI:)
I’m going to camp June 21 and am staying for five days. It’s the south so it’s going to be hot! My goal is to lose 70 lbs by then, for health reasons also. I’m in high school so how do I diet effectively? I can’t eat 5-6 small meals a day, I’m in class. I’ve started working out twice a day an hour of yoga in the morning, and an hour to and hour and a half in the afternoons. My recommended calorie intake is: 1,875. Right now I weigh 190. I have to lose around 3-4 lbs a week. Do you think my goal is reachable, reasonable, or even possible?

        Thank You in advance:)

        Yoga Wear Guru answers:

I think your goal is pushing it hard. You can lose most of it for sure.

You can lose more body fat eating protein & fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast, eat all you want, but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter & half an avocado a day (for added potassium). Keep the calories high & the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

The first 2 weeks eat several cups a day of (mostly) lettuce & celery, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, peppers & more variety of vegetables thereafter – add 5 grams per day additional every week (20 grams day first 2 weeks, 25grams 3rd week, 30grams 4th week etc) til you gain weight, then subtract 10grams. That will be your personal carb level (everyone is different & depends on how active you are.)

Start with meat, fats & salads for 2 weeks and then slowly add in more green veg, wk4 fresh cheeses, wk5 nuts & seeds, wk6 berries, wk7 legumes, wk8 other fruits, wk9 starchy veg, wk10 whole grains. You will learn how your body reacts to different foods.

The first week is just water weight but fat is lost thereafter if you keep your calories high enough. Otherwise the body will strip it’s own lean tissue for nutrition. Although that may look great on a scale it will make it MUCH easier to accumulate fat in the future (since all that pesky lean tissue burning up calories will be gone). The body won’t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow metabolism to compensate & store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering calories, it will continue lowering the set point, til it can survive off nothing & store fat on anything. The body will only release it’s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of nutritious food.

Eating carbs while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. When in glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) you have to lower your calories (which slows your metabolism) & exercise heavily to deplete your glycogen stores before burning body fat.

The core of Atkins program is converting the body from glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) to ketosis (burning fat as fuel). Dietary fat levels need to be at >65% of total calories, if not, the body will still remain in glycolysis by converting 58% of excess protein into glucose (via gluconeogenesis).

It takes minimum of 3 days to convert a body to ketosis, (but only one bite to convert back to glycolysis). People feel sluggish the first week but most feel better than ever thereafter.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger insulin which can store the calories eaten into fat. The more protein the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.

Simple carbs are addictive & can be disastrous to health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs, eat one every time you want “something” – have huge omelets with bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms & cheese. Pork chops smothered with peppers, mushrooms & cheese – pork rinds & dip or tuna/chicken/turkey/egg salad – steaks – a huge sugar free cheese cake. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the 4th day, the addiction will be gone & you can start making healthy choices.

High insulin levels promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger & unbalance other hormones. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle will be gained even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase muscle mass with high HGH levels.

Ground flax seed (2 Tbsp) 1/4 cup water, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg – let sit 10 min. To absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle & nuke 2 minutes. Suggested for daily fiber needs.

As long as you have <9grams carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control & shouldn't gain weight, no matter the calories because insulin, the fat storage hormone is not activated. Many people gain weight on high carb, do low carb to lose weight & then are shocked when they return to high carb & gain weight.

Most overweight & obese people have blood sugar & insulin dysfunctions and can NEVER eat carbs as someone with a functioning body can. They make the mistake of going back to the way of eating that made them fat and that is not possible and yes they will gain all weight back if they eat what they ate that made them obese originally. Insanity is defined as doing the exact same thing, in the exact same way and expecting different results. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar & maintain weight or health.

HELP! Do you think I offended HIM?

So last week I had this guy i kinda like from work take me home. He’s cute, sweet and said that he’s into a lot the same things I’m into: poetry, yoga. He was really bummed out that he couldn’t go to my backyard volleyball party that I invited him to. There was one time that I was looking for him in the lumber aisle at work and he was walking toward me from the other end of the store and then he just suggested that he walk with me to the break room. He’s so adorable. Anyway, that night he mentioned he had to go to this social at the college he just got into. (This college is one that I helped him to decide to go to…and also one that I went to…and also one that I live down the street from.) Keep in mind its like 10 o’clock at night. So about 10 minutes later I call him in his department and I say would you do me a HUGE favor? And he says “sure lay it on me” (in his hot to death voice) and I ask him since he’s going about 2 blocks away from my house would he drop me off at home? He says he would. So we go home right. He’s a bit shy and we talk about his school schedule and how I was expecting him to say no when I asked him if he liked poetry. He says he likes it and writes a little bit himself but would never perform. ANd I say that I write just a little bit. And he slightly teases me when I say “just a little bit.” Then he drops me off and I give him a hug and his hugs are so the best. That night I sent him an email with an abstract poem about Morning (nothing flirtatious or about love or anything weird like that.) and asked what he thought of it.

Ok so advance to my dilemma. The next day I had a break at the same time he had lunch but he was on the phone. So I just kinda waived and tapped him on the shoulder and said hi. I went to go talk to my mom-like coworker and we got invested in the conversation. I noticed him get off his phone maybe 5 minutes before I had to go. But I was helping my coworker figure out how to use her phone. All the while, I am still noticing him fan through a magazine. And now its time for me to go so I say “See ya later Alex” and kinda grab his shoulder on the way out. I don’t know if I should’ve sat down and talked to him and been late from my break. Or if I should’ve cut my mom-like coworker off to go talk to him. But now its been 4 days since my email to him. And he has not replied. I know it was the first week of school and he had a lot going on over the weekend. So he could be busy. But this was a Facebook email I sent him and I know he’s been online because he commented on a few mutual friends status’. SO do you think I offended him? Did I do something wrong? God, he’s so confusing but I really like him. And I don’t want to seem like I am nagging him. What advice do you all have to go forward?

        Yoga Wear Guru answers:

I think you should just apologize for not having the time to stop and talk. Returning late from break would make you seem irresponsible, and possibly get you into trouble at work.

          Sandra asks…

I was viewing the womens NCAA tourney and the majority coaches wore pant suits, should there be a dress code?

I luv all women but there is a new trend going on. In order to “succeed” you must not only act the part but you must dress the part also? You got hiliary clinton marketing pant suits because she wears them daily. Then you got a woman pro-golfer wearing (now get this) “sweat pants” during a nationally televised tournament (her sponsers must love that). Women have a impact in competitive sports but you cannot raise that bar to say ” we,(women) can be as competitive as men”. The reality is men are men and women are women, there should be a “dress code” for women, forbidding them to wear pants or pant suits during a televised game, period…

Since I am in the military with PA Army National Guard, would I be allowed under regulation or anything, to wear my ACU’s to this event? thanks!

*I am an E-2 with the 1/109th Infantry Reg. 28th ID.

          Yoga Wear Guru answers:

No. The ACU as with any military uniform is only to be worn for official military purposes, and/or going to and from work. It is not something that you wear just so you can feel better about yourself.

Does working out in more clothes burn more calories or just lose water weight?

I want to drop a few pounds and want to do it fast with some intense workouts in heavy clothing but I need to know if this just makes you lose weight by losing more water weight or actually burning calories. If it’s just water weight causing a need to rehydrate, I don’t want to do it, but if it increases the loss of calories I’ll do it.
@Otter, Thank you, I think Shadow Boxing with 5, 8, and 15 lb weights consecutively is a good workout correct? I also like to run along the tops of abandoned trains but they frown upon that :P , I like it because you have to use upper body strength to climb to the top of the tall carts and then climb up the walls of all the gondolas, you think this is pretty good?

@Tiffany, I don’t like to totally diet, I prefer to just work .
Haha, well they don’t care to much. They more the trains every couple months so they don’t have to legally call them abandoned. The tracks are the same, they aren’t operational, if they were they’d have to probably re due the tracks. They just move the cars every so often so they don’t have to pay tax or w/e.

Oh and yes I am male, I don’t really need to body build just tone but ye, I’ll check it out.

            Yoga Wear Guru answers:

It’s water weight. The only advantage to lots of clothes is that it may help you warm up faster. But then as you start exercising you will want to shed them so you can really move.

Sorry–there is no fast, healthy way to really lose weight (other than water weight).

Edit: I am not familiar with “shadow boxing with weights” I began my weight training with Gladys Portugues and her book, Hardbodies. If you are male, I’d head to the library and look up Joe Weider or “bodybuilding.” Weight training, imo, is the best way to tone and firm the fastest.

Running on trains sounds fun–but don’t do anything illegal, lol!

What percentage body fat do you think I have?

I currently have no way of accuartly measuring i will say I workout quite often however have only been doing it since november of last year, I’m 5’10 weigh 157pounds, and currently the following is what Im able to lift, 35 pound curls with each arm, 225 pound bench press, 300 pound leg press 225 pound leg curls and here is the following clothes sizes of mine, 30 inch waist and medium shirt.

I’m 5’10” and weigh 164 and bench 225 8 times so there definitely is a possablility he could rep it.

That being said you shouldn’t use those calculators because if you are muscular they are not accurate. You need a fat calibrator which every gym should have. It pinches the fat and measures it but make sure you have a good trainer to do it for you.

            Linda asks…

            any workout and diet ideas?

i am generally happy with the way i look. well my weight # is not what i would like it to be but i don’t obsess over that, i rather focus on how my clothes fit me and right now i just want help shrinking my waist line. i measured it and its 34″ and i would like it to go down to at least 30″ any workout or diets, etc. specifically targeted for the waist line??

            Yoga Wear Guru answers:

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can’t choose where you want to lose weight. You can build muscle in an area and tone an area with a specific exercise, but, you cannot target the fat in that particular area. It would be pretty cool it if it worked like that though, then I would still be a D.. Lol
Anyhow, the best thing you can do long term is adopt healthy eating and exercise habits.. Reducing anymore then 15-20% below maintenance calories will cause you to lose more lean muscle mass then you lose fat. What works better is to weight train to put on muscle because each pound of muscle uses 50 calories a day just to maintain. In other words, if you gain 10 lbs of muscle somewhere that’s 500 more calories you can eat everyday and still maintain.
I eat around 2000 calories a day in many different small meals and snacks throughout the day. Because I exercise, I’m still losing weight on that though at a gradual pace..
If you have access to someplace that measures body fat, I’d suggest getting that done from time to time. Ideal for women is between 21-24%. It’s a good thing to know because some women will gain weight when they first start weight training but will lose inches because a lb of muscle is much smaller then a lb of fat..
I’m a foodfit.com fan. They have a lot of recipes that they link to and automatically do a full menu you can change out as you want to.. I don’t use all their menu plans as I don’t need that much variety and don’t want to cook every meal. But, I use a lot of their dessert recipes and their pizza and soup recipes. I just signed up for the free version and it works just fine for me..

              Health Food Joke?

Sam and Edith were 85 years old, and had been married for sixty years. Though they were far from rich, they managed to get by because they watched their pennies.

Though not young, they were both in very good health, largely due to the wife’s insistence on healthy foods and exercise for the last decade. One day, their good health didn’t help when they went on a rare vacation and their plane crashed, sending them off to Heaven. They reached the pearly gates, and there an escort was waiting to show them inside. He took them to a beautiful mansion, furnished in gold and fine silks, with a fully stocked kitchen and a waterfall in the master bath and their favorite clothes hanging in the closet. They gasped in astonishment when he said, “Welcome to Heaven. This will be your home now.”

Sam asked how much all this was going to cost. “Why, nothing,” their companion replied, “remember, this is your reward in Heaven.”

Sam looked out the window and right there he saw a championship golf course, finer and more beautiful than any ever-built on Earth. “What are the greens fees?” grumbled the old man. “This is heaven,” the companion replied. “You can play for free, every day.”

Next they went to the clubhouse and saw the lavish buffet lunch, with every imaginable cuisine laid out before them, from seafood to steaks to exotic desserts, free flowing beverages. “Don’t even ask,” said their companion to Sam. “This is Heaven, it is all free for you to enjoy.”

The old man looked around and glanced nervously at Edith. “Well, where are the low fat and low-cholesterol foods, and the decaffeinated tea?” he asked. “That’s the best part,” the companion replied. “You can eat and drink as much as you like of whatever you like, and you will never get fat or sick. This is Heaven!”

Sam pushed,”No gym to work out at?” “Not unless you want to,” was the answer. “No testing my sugar or blood pressure or…” “Never again. All you do here is enjoy yourself.”

Summer gone but my Moobs aren’t? Help?

Hey guys, thanks for wanting to answer my question.

So now that Summer school’s over, I’m gonna’ do hardcore exercising and mainly on the chest area because I have what you might call, “Moobs” or man boobs. I can’t understand why I can’t loose these things? I tried exercising before but didn’t work but the before exercise was just cheap running.

What do you recommend diet/exercise wise I do to loose these things before Summer ends? I’ve got about 34 days left and If I can’t loose them, atleast make them non visible since they’re a HUGE CONFIDENCE BREAKERS and I always have to wear baggy clothes, even In the Summer.

I’d apprecaite your help but please try to expand on your points. Thank you. :)

              Yoga Wear Guru answers:

At first you need to loose extra wight if you have that
And then go swim the breaststroke(no pun)quite vigorously
That helps you develop chest muscles and they hide your moobs the best way.
And stick to a diet of no more then 2000 calories a day
              Even less would be better

I will wear camouflage every day and tuck my trousers into my boots because I can’t figure out how to use blousing straps. I promise to wear my uniform 24 hours a day even when I have a date.

I will continue to tell myself that I am a fierce killing machine because my Drill Sergeant told me so, despite the fact that the only action I will see is a court-martial for sexual harassment. I acknowledge the fact that I will make E-8 in my first year of service, and vow to maintain that it is because I scored perfect on my PT test. After completion of my Sexual…..er…..I mean “Basic Training,” I will attend a different Army school every other month and return knowing less than I did when I left. On my first trip home after Boot Camp, I will walk around like I am cool and propose to my 9th grade sweetheart. I will make my wife stay home because if I let her out she might leave me for a better-looking Air Force guy. Should she leave me twelve times, I will continue to take her back. While at work I will maintain a look of knowledge while getting absolutely nothing accomplished. I will arrive to work every day at 1000 hrs because of morning PT and leave everyday at 1300 to report back to “COMPANY.”

I understand that I will undergo no training whatsoever that will help me get a job upon separation, and will end up working construction with my friends from high school. I understand that I will be mistaken for the Good Humor Man during summer, and for Nazi Waffen SS during the winter. I will strive to use a different language than the rest of the English-speaking world, using words like “deck, bulkhead, cover, geedunk, scuttlebutt, scuttle and head,” when I really mean “floor, wall, hat, candy, water fountain, hole in wall and toilet.”

              dr.haledjian question?

Bertie Tilford, the Englishman who had more sold the Brooklyn Bridge more often than any man alive, ushered a robust young man into Dr.Haledjian’s living room. “Meet Howard Kent”, Bertie announced, “the physical wonder of the century!” Kent dropped to the floor at once and started doing push-ups like a trip-hammer.
Then he jumped to his feet again and began to remove his clothes. Dr.Haledjian barely had time to notice that Kent’s suit, though it fit well and was neatly pressed, looked old and worn out. Kent’s left shoe had a large hole in the sole..
With his clothes off, Kent flexed his muscles and showed off his wonderful
physique. Would you believe that he gained seventy pounds of solid muscle in the

Not today,” said Haledjian. I think you’d have a better chance of
              selling me the Brooklyn Bridge!”
What was wrong with Bernie’s Pitch?
I think i know it, probably because if his shirt is 2 yrs old and he gained 70 lbs of muscle he shouldn’t be able to fit into that shirt anymore, thats my guess

Umm…Well, uh… Dr. Haledjian noticed that the suit Howard Kent was wearing was two years old…now if Howard Kent had gained seventy pounds of solid muscle in the last seven months the suit should not have fit him! This is the reason Dr. Haledjian did not believe Bertie Tilford’s pitch!!!.
