Your Questions About Exercise Clothes For Women

Charles asks…
if god wrote a “NewER Testament” in 2009 …what would be different? would women get the same treatment?
take this for example… would god rescind this in the “NewER Testament”? :
1 Timothy 2:9 Likewise the women are to dress in suitable apparel, with modesty and self-control.Their adornment must not be with braided hair and gold or pearls or expensive clothing,
2:10 but with good deeds, as is proper for women who profess reverence for God.
2:11 A woman must learn quietly with all submissiveness.
2:12 But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man. She must remain quiet.
2:13 For Adam was formed first and then Eve.
2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman, because she was fully deceived, fell into transgression.
2:15 But she will be delivered through childbearing, if she continues in faith and love and holiness with self-control.

John asks…
How can I get the motivation to lose weight?
I have always been fat. However, about two years ago I lost about 60+ lbs dieting (only ate fruits, veggies, lean meats and very little carbs) and exercising (I ran on the treadmill and did some weight training) in about 5 months.I have since gained back all the weight plus some.
When I lost the weight I looked sexy in my clothes and I had a lot of energy. I do miss looking and feeling like I did when I was lighter. However, I find myself not really caring anymore. My family tells me I need to lose weight, but I ignore them. I boyfriend does too, but I ignore him. I have so much clothes in my closet — both skinny and fat clothes.
Overall, I am very apathetic about the situation. I just can’t bring myself to eat properly and exercise again. When I had first lost the weight I did it because (as much as I hate to admit to this) I wanted to wear nice clothes like other women my age. But now, even that doesn’t matter to me anymore. I know it is healthier for me to be lighter — but I need a short term goals that will motivate me to exercise and eat healthy everyday for the rest of my life.

People do get motivated in different ways…but looking at your statements….it seems like your rejected every way people get motivated…my reason for motivation is when i have children, i want to be able to go out and play with them and actually have the energy to do it….and i want to be healthy enough to see them graduate. Im sure if you look deep down inside youll find something…goodluck
BTW
most people dont know that carbs are actually important for you….VERY important….if you actually ate “very little carbs” it probably has to do with the fact that you gained all your weight back and then some….you see if your at a constant weight….your body tries to stay there, so if you exercise it slows your metabolism, and if your lazy it speeds it up, so it can stay at your weight(obviously being lazy is a bit more powerful) that is why it is hard to lose weight…if you would have actually done a proper diet, you would have kept some of those pounds off…

Maria asks…
Its so much easier for women to attract guys than vice versa. Why don’t women seem to act on this?
Probably many of you can help me out. I am not saying I am correct in what I am saying. This is just an honest question sparked from the way things SEEM to be. I am still single at 32. I am an attractive guy but the reason I think I am single is because I am lacking in confidence and assertiveness. All the gals I see around me who are single and my age are there because they are lacking in one thing: physical appearance.
Guys that get the girls have the following:
confidence
assertiveness
money
(I have been working hard to obtain these traits. It is hard and confusing to know how one can overcome years of abuse from parents, school mates, friends, and others. Money- should I do the job I feel fits me or the job that makes the most money?)
Girls that get guys are:
physically attractive
non pyscho (optional)
(several hours of exercise a week, some make up, semi good diet, semi good clothing selection can get 90% of women to the top of the class physically)
Women who comment that there is more than physical appearance do not understand men. I have asked a lot of girls on dates but the ones I like only go on one date and then are history. Physcial appearance doesnt’ seem to keep a girl if I am very unconfident.

You have a lot to learn. Yep, physical attraction does count for some but, as the saying goes, beauty is just skin deep. A lasting relationship is not based on looks or monetary worth. Try being less shallow.

VNRs is the only thing that corporations control the news programs, but with their advertisement. The corporations control the mainstream media with their advertisement and driven away the purpose of the mainstream media to inform the public. The corporations profited more in television than other mainstream media. The television networks started early morning the same as in the novel, 1984 when Physical Jerks appeared in the telescreens and telling their citizens the importance of exercise and how society need to look. The morning shows have rapidly change over the years by showing more commercials and focusing to entertain their women audience by showing multiple beauties, gossips, and shopping segments. Morning shows had more entertain than informal material according to Jenny Lauck, “Watching morning television for me is the equivalent of reading People magazine in the dentist’s office” (qtd. in Gold, par. 3). For example, Good Morning America started their program by showing the scandal story of the Miss Puerto Rico who was deception by one of the beauty ladies this week. The anchors took a good five minutes talk about how she will be appeared on their yesterday’s program as a guest. They took more time in the Miss Puerto Rico’s story than the real news stories. In the every morning show, they created a segment where a specialized person with the top ten items who one need to purchase. In addition, in every morning shows have part of the show that they are reporting outside and most of time they have vehicle Manufacturer Company promoting their vehicle. All the commercials during the morning shows are mostly about women’s clothing, new diet solutions programs, etc.

I think it would be helpful if you actually defined what VNRs are. I didn’t know what they were. What does the acronym VNR stand for? I did a search online… And I “think” you are talking about video news releases. But I never heard of them until now.
———————————
Corporations control news programs using advertisements called Video News Releases (VNRs). The corporations greatly influence the mainstream media with the VNRs, overriding the original purpose and avenue of the mainstream media to inform the public. The corporations profited more in television than other mainstream media. For example, this year ** or you could say “last year” ** alone, the corporations raked in more than $___,000,000.
The television networks nowadays start early in the morning just like in the novel, 1984. Today, the average homeviewer is bombarded with advertisements where physical fitness gurus appear in video clips trying their best to convince gullible viewers about the importance of exercise, what toned bodies look like, and that their product is the easy solution to getting that perfect body or the six-pack abs that appeals to our present-day society. The early morning shows have rapidly change over the years by showing more commercials, specifically targeting the female audience, entertaining them with the many beauty remedies, the lastest gossip, the new diet solutions programs, and homeshopping segments with must-have items (clothing, jewelry, computers, kitchen/cleaning items, to name a few).
Morning shows have more entertainment than informative material, according to Jenny Lauck, “Watching morning television for me is the equivalent of reading People magazine in the dentist’s office” (qtd. In Gold, par. 3). For example, this week Good Morning America started their program by showing the story involving Miss Puerto Rico, who was the alleged target of an apparent pageant scandal. The anchors took a good five minutes just to talk about how she would be appearing on their program the next day as a guest. They devoted more time to the Miss Puerto Rico’s story than to noteworthy news stories.
Another great example is an instance on the Early Morning Show where they had a specialized person talking about and showing the Top Ten hot items this year to buy. Also, on several occasions, the early morning shows used a more subtle approach in advertising where the spokespersons were reporting outside on the streets with a car dealership in the background.

I hope that this isn’t the end of your essay… And that there’s more. Even though I took away your last sentence (since something similiar to it was mention earlier), you still need to find a good way to end this whole writeup. But I like what you’ve written so far — Good Job!
) It was pretty clear to me that you wrote this yourself and it just needed a little cleaning up… That’s why I was happy to help you polish up your work.
