I;m going to be starting yoga class and would like to know what is appropreate to wear as well as what is the best to wear. I’m currently a runner and have running tights and tops that hep and also compresion shorts. For me they help with easy of movement, comfort and wicking away wetness from the body. I’ve found that the baggerer clothing items seem to be less comfy when active. I’m also a male if that matters. And advice, links, ideas or recomendations whould be very helpful, Thanks!
