What hours do FedEx drivers start to deliver?

So like I’m keeping track of a package and it says that it is currently at my local FedEx facility…
So around time do they start to deliver the packages? I’m anxious.

FedEx delivery hours are 8a to 8p, Monday through Friday for Ground and Express, Tuesday through Saturday for Home Delivery.

Drivers may start a bit earlier or end a bit later as it’s peak season and they are swamped. The day your package is coming out to you the status will change to “on vehicle for delivery”.

How do you change your shipping address at Fedex if your package is already sent?

I bought a laptop and some speakers from walmart and it sent it through fedex, but me in a hurry, put in the wrong address. Help!!

That’d be hard. You may be able to have them “hold at office” then go down to their local shipping office and get it yourself. But have it re-deliever to a different address would require the SHIPPER’s approval, not the recipient.

Fedex used to be pretty lax about this until some crooks convinced Fedex to redeliver expensive stuff (such as laptops) to some other address so that it was “lost”.

I have a job interview with FedEx tomorrow afternoon. Its for a “supplemental dock” position. Job duties include loading trucks, unloading trucks, and the driving of forklifts. What kind of dress is expected from me by FedEx management?

If I were you I’d go work causal. No need for a suit if you’re applying to work with loading trucks. Still, it’s important to be neat, so I’d where a nice shirt and a nice pair of pants (not jeans). Look neat, and sound qualified. Just let the guy interviewing you know how to handle the job. Good luck!

How do I go about picking up my package from the local FedEx facility?

A very important package I’m waiting for has arrived at my local FedEx facility and has been sorted, according to their tracker. However, the estimated delivery date in the tracker is still three days from now. Since I’m in a hurry to receive this item, how can I arrange to pick up the package myself from FedEx?

I called their main support line and I was told that I couldn’t do this until they had already made at least one delivery attempt. A brief web search, however, returned many comments from people who have done just this before any delivery attempt was made.

How would I go about this? I can’t find my local facility’s phone number or address anywhere (Portland, OR). What all will I need to bring to prove that the package is mine?

You should be able to call 1-800-go-fedex and have the package placed ON HOLD. Then, go to the station and bring a form of ID that shows your name (if it’s your package, if not you can’t pick it up) and that ID should have the same address that is on the package. As for finding the station’s address, ask the same customer service rep. Btw, I quit there a few months ago. Best decision of my life. It’s a hell hole of a company; a soulless corporation.

Taking a Job at fedex. How long should I wait to request out of state transfer?

I’m taking a part time job with Fedex. I would like to transfer out of state within the next 6 months. How soon is too soon to ask for a transfer? Do you think they would give me grief if I wanted a full time position after I transferred?

    I have crazy muscular calves. Like rock hard when flexed. Hate ‘em! Will wearing high heels make them bigger?

    I’m thinking they’re a product of wearing heels 24/7 for like 10 yrs. Seriously trying to slim them down. Not overweight or anything, just FYI. Typical calorie intake is around 800 daily. Workout is typically cardio–40 mins. aerobics & 20-30 mins. elliptical daily. I’ve started yoga & pilates, so hopefully that will help but if anyone has other suggestions, that would be great.

    Creating a calorie deficit (eating less than your needed calorie maintenance limit) is all you need to do to lose weight. You can do this by two ways: The first way is to go on a well-balanced diet. Calories come from the foods and drinks you have during the day, so logically the best way to create a calorie deficit would be to cut back on the things that are making you fat. The second method is to burn calories by exercising. I know how much you hate exercising (I used to!), but once you see how much better and stronger it will make you feel you won’t be able to get enough of it! Another method you can try out is to combine a healthy diet with moderate exercise, this is what I would recommend you choose to follow.

    Thanks to science, we know that 1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories. Let’s say your body needs 2,500 calories a day to operate, if you wanted to lose 1 pound in a week then you would need to create a calorie deficit of 3,500 calories. That could be done by eating 500 calories less than your body’s needed calorie limit per day for 1 week. Alternatively you could lose weight faster/slower by adjusting that number to suit your needs. Be careful though, unless you’re VERY overweight, losing more than 1-3 pounds a week could be very dangerous.

    Congratulations for making it this far! You’ve just learned how to lose weight, now it’s time to for to create your weight loss plan!

    Your not even overweight! It’s normal to not be a stick during puberty. Remember that your really tall, to don’t compare yourself with tiny girls.
    Don’t try to lose 50 lbs…
    Breakfast: eat high protein low fat foods to give you lots of energy. (EX: eggs, reduced fat peanut butter, cheese, etc)
    Lunch: Eat lighter. (EX: pasta, turkey,chicken, etc)
    Snack: fruit or nuts
    Dinner: lean protein!
    Try to build up your workout times. Start small with just 10 minutes of workout, (start with yoga) and build u slowly.

      What is an athletic cute hairstyle?

      I am very athletic myself and if u are running never do a messy bun it will bob everywhere and get all messed up but if u are doing something with less bouncing then u should deffinatly do a messy bun. To do a messy bun you pull your hair back in a regular ponytail (the higher it is the more athletic you look) but on the last time u pull the bow around instead of going all the way through the hair band you just go 3/4 of the way. Be sure to play with it in ur fingers by putting it in your hand and moving it around fastly to make hairs come out of it!

      Antoher good one is using a hight ponytail. If you keep hair off your neck it will cool you down! If you put about a nickel sized amount of mouse on hair it will smooth it down!

        Is it normal to be exhausted again during third trimester?

        I am 29 weeks today. I am worn out! I felt really good all throughout my second trimester, tons of energy. Today I feel like a truck hit me. I have a routine, breakfast then an hour later I do yoga or a workout with bands, then lunch etc….. After my workout this morning I felt a little shaky so I took a nap. Woke up from my nap and just feel awful. I should add that I live in Georgia and its about 90 degrees outside today. I also have a history of panic attacks so when I feel something physically wrong I make it so much worse because I really freak out about it. I just don’t feel right and I don’t know if its my third trimester or if i have freaked myself out by thinking about it so much. How do you feel in your third trimester? Are you more tired? Do you tire more easily? Do you have a history of panic attacks and how has it affected your pregnancy?

        This happened again tonight, we had to leave a restaurant because I felt like I was going to pass out and was sweating like crazy.

        Yeah it’s normal — I’m 30 weeks and I got out of breath carrying the groceries in today.

        Just try to take it easy and don’t over exert yourself.

        I’ve been eating healthy and working out and yet feel hungry all the time?

        right now my wieght is perfect.. I’m not over wieght or under wieght, and I have a pretty good body besides the little flabby tummy I get and I can’t wear my skin tight dresses anymore!
        I recently started this new healthy diet plan, eating carbs, berries, fruit, veggies, drinking Pomegranate juices! whole wheat! and not to mention I workout every other day, and do yoga every morning!
        A few weeks ago before I started this healthy diet.. I would go on an entire day by eating just onemeal! and wouldn’t feel hungry. And now ever since I’ve started eating healthy every two hours or so I feel hungry again?, why is that?
        sorry, by whole wheat I meant Whole Grain*
        and yes I have been eating enough protein I need for my daily intake.

        Because you working out. Your body needs fuel. After each workout make sure to eat something high in protein or drink a whey protein shake. You can also eat a little peanut butter and apples. Peanut butter, whole wheat, and almond are good for keeping hunger at bay. Also if your feeling hungry before eating drink a whole glass of water and wait a couple of minutes. Your body sometimes tricks you into thinking that your hungry when your really thirsty. If your still hungry eat a small snack. Good luck. Also if you drink a glass of water before every meal your more likely to eat less without even trying..

        How do I lose more of this weight?

        I want to lose about 20 pounds for summer. I have been dieting and working out for the last couple of weeks and I have held steady at the same weight. Right now I’m 138, I would really like to be under 120 by June. I WILL wear a bathing suit this summer!

        Right now this is what my workout looks like..
        On the days that I do go to the gym, I run a mile on the treadmill, followed by 2 miles on the elliptical, resistance up and incline all the way up, alternating between walking front, and backwards, a mile each. After this I work on the weight machines, probably for about 20 minutes.
        On the days I skip the gym, I do Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown, and Carmen electras fit to strip workout.

        I eat pretty healthy, Eggs with fake bacon (I’m a vegetarian,) on a whole wheat tortilla, with a yogurt and coffee. Lunch is usually a salad, and dinner is usually a wheat pasta with feta and spinach, or a fake chicken patty with garlic and a vegetable.

        What am I doing wrong? How can I speed up the weight loss? I want to see results! this is making me crazy!
        As for height, I’m 5’6″

        How to lose thigh fat?

        Im 15 and summer is comin up im okay with my body exept my thighs, alot ofy pants i have i cant wear because of my thighs. I usually have to buy a size bigger but the waist is to big so i have to wear a belt. I wanted to know of this is a good plan and i need advice. Breakfast: cereal i workout in gym like do dance videos, yoga, or play soccer, or kickball. For lunch i usually et cinnamon rolls tht are 400 cals. And a cup of water. When i gethome from school i jump on my trampoline, play just dance on the wii, an like twice a week i do a 10 minute workout video for thighs, butt, and legs. For dinner i usually have chicken or steak if not tacos. Why arent i seeing results also?

        Pilates’s is also good for the thighs.. I like pilates.. Its really good for firming the stomach, and as for the thighs it gives them the longer , leaner look like most females like not the real muscular legs..           Very cute, I like them all. Gap was one of my favorites when I was younger, I also had blonde hair and blue eyes! I think any blues/greens/or pinks look good on blondes, just to throw that idea out there. One thing is, I think the shorts for outfit one are a little bit tight looking, I don’t think a 7 year old wants to be wearing spandex shorts! I’d go with something a little bit more loose fitting like the shorts with outfit 2. Hope I could help, great choices!

          Last-minute cute ski outfit?

          Tomorrow I’m going skiing and I’m meeting up with the guy I like. He’s a snowboarder.
          By the way, we’re both juniors in high school (so 16/17)
          I haven’t gone skiing since last year, and I’m having trouble coming up with a cute outfit to wear!?
          It’s going to be 32º outside so it’ll be nice and warm (Yes, where I live 32 in Feb. is like super warm.) so I won’t need to dress too heavily.
          I’ll either wear a brown fitted ski/winter jacket/coat with fur on the hood or else a vest, depending on what ideas I get and how warm it feels to me tomorrow morning.
          I don’t have any cute snow pants so don’t suggest that, plus it’ll be too warm for me to wear snow pants anyways.
          Would leggings that are like warm athletic type be okay to wear? Or what kind of bottoms do you suggest?
          Also for a top what do you suggest?
          Haha I hardly ever go skiing but he’s like majorly into snowboarding so I agreed to go with him.

          This really isn’t a question about skiing, but about fashion and relationships :)

          If this guy asked you to come watch him snowboard, he really doesn’t care what you wear, as he is bringing you along so he can show off to you! He obviously already likes you, so don’t be so concerned about looking cute; guys typically don’t really pay much attention to what girls are wearing unless it’s really revealing or horribly out of style. So, if you don’t have snow/ski pants and your only option is leggings, doesn’t really sound like you have too many options. I’d bring something like nylon track pants to put over them in case you do get cold; remember that when skiing you will likely fall or be sitting on snow on the lift, so you want something water proof . On top, a light layer of moisture wicking fabric with a mock turtle neck should be first, with a light fleece shirt over it. Then jacket or vest depending on the weather.

          Again, don’t be so concerned about looking cute as I would bet this guy won’t be that concerned, but realize that if he’s big into boarding, and you aren’t that much of a skier, he’s going to want to either show off by taking you onto harder slopes than you can handle, or play teacher and try to turn you into his little ski student.

          Im 12 and I’m very athletic and recently have been growing out of clothes…so I was wondering what to wear for X-Mas. My mom wants me to wear this cute bow shirt so I look like a present but what bottoms and what shoes? My cousin said I could wear a cute dress under so it looks like a skirt, but that I would look lumpy.           Hey, what’s the problem with shopping with Target? They have such cute clothes, like that top you’ll be wearing-I absolutely love it, bows are so cute! Anyway, I think if you layered a black, grey, or white cami underneath the shirt and wore dark skinny jeans, that could work, or you could layer it over a cami, like I said, and do a fun, flirty skirt, like the tulle ones also in the Demi Lovato line. For shoes, Target has some nice black sequined flats that I think would work perfectly with that top, and I don”t think the brown flats will work, no offense, it’s just that red and black usually won’t match that well with brown. :) Hope I helped!

          A casual party like this is a great time to wear a summery dress. The eating out is casual, and the dress allows you to wear your bikini underneath for the beach afterwards. I made an outfit here. You can use your own bathing suit, but a white dress is a staple, and it’ll be easy to find. Pair that with cute flip flops and a beach bag and you’re ready to go!

          For your hair, I recommend you leave it down. Since it’s long, it’ll looks super cute in soft waves (if your hair is naturally wavy). If not, don’t go heavy-duty and use heat from blow drying and curling irons to get that look. After showering the night before, just braid your hair and leave it in till the next day. Then take it out, brush it through with your fingers, and you’ll have perfect tousle-me-softly waves!

            I am a little bit overweight. It makes me feel crap if I have to wear a size 14 in something (i.e. not often but I’m worried it’ll become more frequent). I’m 15 and 5ft 1. I eat pretty well. I snack a little but not enough to make me gain tons of weight. It’s more because I don’t exercise enough but I can’t find anything that interests me. I hate walking and/or jogging. I like swimming but I hate the effort to walk down to my local pool. My mum encourages me to skip but I’m so crap at it. I’ve tried biking but the weather isn’t always good enough and even then I’m not always up to it. There’s Wii fit but whenether I try it either 1. Bores me, 2. The funner activities lose less calories or 3. I try the yoga/muscle workouts but I don’t feel like I stretch anything. How can I get myself motivated???

            Choose picture of some model from internet and watch it carefuly see how beautiful it is and if you wanna be like that watch at it and say “I will be better than you” , cut the snacks off from your diet, allow yourself only 1 day when you can eat sweets,snacks and unhealthy food but not whole day to eat whole fridge.
            And do more activities DO NOT sit on your butt and wait for calories to burn themselfs you need activiti, running is realy good option because i have 1 girlfriend and for like 2 months just by running she lost 9 kgs and now she looks fantastic but she stil keeps running till she reachs her goal.
            So when you start to see result thats the time when you get realy motivated and when people start to say “Oh girl it is so visible that you lost weight bravo” thats even more, but until then be stubborn and don’t let yourself to the trick of PC or TV or something else that keeps you infront of it without activity.

            Help losing 7 pounds?

            I am 13 and i and 5’6.2 or something like than. I weigh 132 pounds.
            I really really want to lose all my stomach fat. I am ok with my body, i like my arms and legs, but i have recently gained a little weight and my stomach has no shape whatsoever. I mean I have abs from yoga and you can see then but my stomach sticks out too much. Please don’t say “you’re too young or something” because i really need this. I want to be able to wear a bikini without doubting myself.
            I want to get to 125 pounds. I would be happy with that.
            I want to do it in a healthy way. With exercise and diet. I want to lose it in a month.
            Can you give me some workout suggestions? I do yoga 2 times a week but I want to really workout at least 3 times a week (not including yoga). I have a treadmill and exercise bike at home, as well as a pool, but it’s too cold for me. I have a fairly big lawn so if that helps that would be good.
            And I eat pretty healthily… I eat chicken (always grilled), LOTS of fruit, whole grain pasta, but I usually indulge a bit like maybe 4 times a week with ice cream or candy, but not a feast of it. Small amounts.
            Is there any diet suggestions/exercise suggestions/anything you coulde help me with? Thanks a lot :)

            Oh and just so you know I have my period too. If that is relevant…

            -VERY IMPORTANT: drink 8 cups of water every day (you can instantly lose a pound in a day by doing that)

            -be active & do a lot of cardio; go on runs, use elliptical machines, do situps, pushups, dance in your room, go on walks with your friends or family, anything to get you up & active :)

            -eat three meals a day BUT; cut out carbs, you can get your carbs from dairy products, bread & pastries are what make people gain weight so quickly & easily (i gained like 15 pounds by eating an exorbitant amount of crackers without burning the calories off haha, crackers are my guilty pleasure).

            -and also, VERY IMPORTANT; don’t eat past 7 pm/dinner time. The weight comes off so much faster if you do that.

            -if you have cravings and/or have a crazy sweet tooth that you just can’t control or ignore (been there, done that), have your mom buy weight watchers ice cream & cookies. They are 80-110 calories & taste so great. It’s awesome.

            I’m in 8th grade and I’m going into highschool next year. I know the school year just started but I want to think about how I could upgrade my look for next year. Let me tell you about myself. I’m 5’6 and 13. In my town 13 year olds look like 16 year olds. I wear more makeup than most, but I’m known for it because I am really skilled at makeup. and i plan to continue wearing it. I have been called hot a few times but I wouldn’t say I am, but I would say I am pretty. I have hair that I dyed blonde and my roots are dark brown, my roots come down to about my ears. It sounds weird but it actually looks really cool and pretty. I wear sweatshirts, jeans, sweat pants, yoga pants, teeshirts, and sometimes dressy shirts. I have a pretty good body, i have a nice butt lol or atleast thats what I’ve been told. I am an A34. I am fairly skinny but i do have some baby fat that I plan on getting rid of. There is a dress code in middleschool, but not in highschool. So i can wear anything. I am white, i have freckles, brown eyes, I am not tan but not pale, clear skin.

            Can someone please telll me how I can make myself hot and change my look over the summer?

Lol in freshman year i was fail scene, sophomore year which is now i dont care at all about my looks because im trying to grow my hair out and get my darn skin complexion back over a bad mistake..i don’t even know what happened tho…so in junior year ill be pale with long long hair down to my waist and dye it bright red and yeah!!! :D

            How long should it take me to transform my body using this method and the Bowflex Ultimate 2?

            I am 18 years old, about 5’5 and around 120 pounds. I’ve never been fat or overweight but I have some soft features around my lower stomach I would like to eliminate as well as my thighs. I recently got a Bowflex Ultimate 2 and I’ve been using it regularly, about four or five times a week but I don’t workout as long as I probably should. I do between 50 and a 100 reps with my arms and around 30 or 40 with my legs until they wear out. I use a yoga ball to do crunches and I do only about 30 a day. I’ve also changed my diet completely. My body is accustomed to taking in thousands of calories everyday mostly junk food and sugar and at random intervals and in large quantities. Now I’ve cut all sodas out of my diet and most all sugars. I eat three times a day starting with some raisin bran cereal or a banana for breakfast, a light lunch usually involving vegetables and then a dinner of whatever I can find that isn’t too far on the unhealthy side. I don’t do any running as I know I should but with my exercise routine and eating schedule how long should it take me to lose around ten or twenty pounds and tone my arms, legs and stomach?

              I would pair a streamlined bottom with a more feminine top. Try some skinny jeans or long bermuda shorts with some feminine tees. I really like the tops at Anthropologie…. If you don’t want to spend that kind of $, try Old Navy, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Abercrombie. Babydoll is really big this year, but you have to be careful or you’ll have that maternity look. Lol I would try to get some great jeans, bermudas is couple of basic colors, and then have fun with fem tees, wedge sandals or ballet flats, and accessories like a bag or jewelry.
