Betty asks…
Anyone know where I can purchase a training sandbag?
I want to train abit harder in my workouts. I noticed someone wearing a what look to be a yoga sandbag but instead of one handle it had two handles, so that the indvidual could wear it as a backpack, I really would love to purchase one, but not sure where to get one, does anyone have any idea where I can purchase one? Thank you

spice up relationship or….?
im a bi-male, i have been in my first gay relationship (im the bottom only in this relationship). we have been a couple for 3 months. well the other day we were at the mall and he asked me what i thought of those tight yoga/ workout type pants that girls wear. i said “i think they are hot”. well today i got home from work. and he left me a present. in it was panties and those pants that i mentioned and tops to go with it. the letter said “maybe you can wear these and see where things go, maybe we can get you more to go with’. is this way just to spice things up for like bed time purposes, around the house type thing.? or is he trying to turn me into a girl? is it fun to wear? serious answers please thanks

Hmm…tough call.
He might like that sort of thing, just like some guys like random hyperactive people. I can’t say whether he’s trying to turn you into a girl or not though. If i was you I’d put them on and see where things go.
I hope I helped you some ^_^

Helen asks…
What is your workout regimen like?
I’m a teenage girl and I just started an exercise plan and need a few tips to get going. I weigh around 152lbs. I really want to lose weight (not a lot just around 10-15lbs) enough to wear i look and feel healthy. I was thinking of running 3x a week for 30 min. along with some basic strength training (no weights just some very basic stuff such as push ups, crunches, squats etc…) and along with that…stuff 2-3x weekly either bike riding, walking or yoga.
Does this seem like enough?
Weekly Workout Plan:
-3x running/jogging for 30min
-5x strength training (abs, arms, legs…etc.)
-3x (ethier biking, walking, or yoga) for 1hr
I’m a teenager so please don’t suggest stuff like going to the gym or buying a ton of extra equipment that I can’t afford.

Yeah just make sure your eating your protein after your strength workouts like with eggs or peanutbutter or nuts, you need protien after that, and on days you do cardio, make sure you eat fruit afterward and drink ALOT of water, i mean drink alot of water everyday but expically on days your sweating it all off. O yeah make sure you stretch and dont work the same muscle 2 days in a row for strength. Sleep alot, cut down the carbs and sugar.
Hope i helped

Mary asks…
Can I workout if I had a tailbone injury? I had the injury about 1.5 years ago.?
What kind of workout is best? Are there sports/exercises that I should avoid? Can I do weight training or yoga?
It still hurts if I am too tired, or if I walk a lot, or wear high heels too long.

My friend hurt the same spot and had an operation. Unfortunately, he can’t participate in much sports. He cannot do mainstream yoga, heavy weight training, stuff that involves the back alot or contact sports like rugby. He does play soccer (football) though.
Of course you would be different, and i hate for you to not to go to the gym when infact you can, so go and see your doctor.
Very best option.
